- +10% user adoption
At Incubatech, a software house, I worked as a Full Stack Developer from February 2019 to June 2021 (Natal, Brazil).
EasyDiet, a nutrition-focused system that assists nutritionists in their consultations (https://easydiet.com.br/), was one of the projects developed inside Incubatech, according to my previous portfolio (2019).
Solution
Built web systems and landing pages with Django, React and WordPress. Identified performance and scalability limits and migrated Django applications from Heroku to DigitalOcean. UX/UI improvements with Django templates, together with designers. Integrated payments for subscription plans through the Hotmart API. Worked with stakeholders on requirements and prioritisation.
Results
Page loads about 40% faster; 10% more user adoption after performance and UX improvements; monetization enabled through subscription plans and payment integrations.
